In anticipation of the 2011-2012 academic year, our culinary and administrative team has been hard at work revising, rewriting, and reworking many of our menu offerings. From streamlining choices to offering new options, we have taken into consideration our customers’ requests and feedback to ensure we are providing the best selection of food choices for all types of events. We also took this opportunity to reorganize our website for better navigation and update our policies to ensure we are consistent in how we are offering our services to the campus and to the community.
Finally, as I am sure you aware, food prices have been steadily rising for the past few years. In order for us to continue offering the same high-quality products, as well as provide the same exceptional service, we made adjustments to our menu prices accordingly for the first time in nearly two years.

A Taste of Excellence Catering offers a wide variety of menu options sure to fit your event. Choose from a great selection of traditional breakfast and brunch favorites, tempting theme dinners, hors d'oeuvres buffets and everything in between. Menus are prepared specially for each function using only the finest quality products available. Our staff will be happy to serve you and your guests with the utmost professionalism. Getting Started
Scheduling a Room
All rooms used in the Bone Student Center are reserved through the Scheduling Office. You can contact the Catering Office at 309-438-5504. Events held in the Bone Student Center are subject to room rental charges. Their staff can answer any questions you may have regarding room rates and building policies. Although we make every effort to accommodate requests for service on short notice, we ask that orders be placed at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the event.
