Registered Student Organization (RSO) Menu

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
All catering within the Bone Student Center is provided through Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality (EMDH). To ensure safety for all of our guests and to comply with local health regulations, outside food and beverage is not permitted in the facility. Any group that brings in outside food or beverage will be asked to remove the item(s) immediately, may be fined $250.00, and may have their booking privileges revoked. Health code policy prohibits the removal of food or beverage provided by EMDH catering from any event. All menu items are priced based on drop-off service only and do not include service staff. If staffing is required, it can be arranged for an additional fee. EMDH will provide compostable plates, utensils, etc. to service these events.

OFF-SITE AND PICK-UP ORDERS
There is a food and beverage minimum of $300 for each delivery outside of the Bone Student Center and a minimum of $50 for orders picked-up. EMDH will provide compostable plates, utensils, etc. to service these events. There will be a dinnerware fee for all events that are not at the Bone Student Center. Linens on the food and beverage tables are provided by EMDH. If additional linens are requested, these must be ordered in advance for an additional charge.

TIMING
Catering requests must be received a minimum of 10 business days in advance of the event date. Any requests made after this date will not be accepted. Due to our commitment to food safety, food cannot be out for more than two hours of service.

PRICING
Pricing is evaluated annually and subject to change at any time due to food costs. Clients will be notified of price changes and will be sent an updated banquet event order with the new rates. For other menu options, visit our full catering menu.

GUARANTEE
A final guarantee of the number of guests will be required five business days in advance of all meal functions or the original booking number will be used. Final charges will be based on guaranteed guest count or actual guest count, whichever is greater.

ALLERGENS
Please be advised that all items listed in this menu are prepared in an environment that frequently uses allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame). The potential for cross-contact during preparation and service does exist. If you require a higher level of assurance due to a severe food allergy or other dietary restriction, please speak with your event planner. It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to judge whether to question ingredients or choose to eat selected foods.

PAYMENTS
To guarantee Sponsored RSO rates, payment using a University account number or foundation funds will only be accepted. Service fees and tax will be waived.
To guarantee Independent RSO rates, payment using a University account number will only be accepted if the account number is from an Independent RSO programming or opportunity fund. Payment by check or credit card is also permitted, and applicable tax will be added to all catering charges. Service fees will be waived. Independent RSO’s must pay in full five business days before the event.

QDOBA CATERING
QDOBA catering is available for events at the Bone Student Center for pick-up only. Organization must book directly with QDOBA, not event planner. The minimum order amount is 10 people with a maximum of 25 people. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Orders for Sunday must be placed by 5 p.m. on Thursday.
