Registered Student Organization (RSO) Menu

Is Your Registered Student Organization Planning an Event? Let Illinois State University Catering make it a success.

All requests must be received a minimum of seven business days in advance of the event date. Any requests made after this date will not be accepted. 

All catering within the Bone Student Center and Braden Auditorium is provided through EMDH. Any group that brings in outside food or beverage will be asked to remove the item(s) immediately, may be fined $250.00, and may have their booking privileges revoked.

All menu items are priced as a drop-off service and does not include staff to serve.

  • Minimum Order

    There is a $250.00 minimum on all off-site orders and a $35.00 minimum on all orders picked up by the client. 

  • Guest Count

    Final count is due a minimum of five business days before the event. The guest count cannot be lowered after this date. The client will be charged the guaranteed guest count, or actual guest count, whichever is greater. 

  • Payment

    To guarantee Sponsored RSO rates, payment using a university account number or foundation funds will only be accepted.  Service fees and tax will be waived. 

    To guarantee Independent RSO rates, payment using a university account number will only be accepted if the account number is from an Independent RSO programming or opportunity fund. Payment by check or credit card is also permitted and applicable tax will be added to all catering charges. Service fees will be waived.  Independent RSO’s must pay in full five business days before the event.
