The RSO menu is only available to Registered Student Organizations. Catering requests must be received a minimum of five business days in advance of the event date. Any requests made after this date will not be accepted.
All catering within the Bone Student Center and Braden Auditorium is provided through Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality (EMDH). Any group that brings in outside food or beverage will be asked to remove the item(s) immediately, may be fined $250.00, and may have their booking privileges revoked.
EMDH does not rent catering equipment or linens for events EMDH does not cater.
There is a $200.00 minimum for food or beverage on all off-site orders. All containers must be returned within one day or the group will be charged a replacement fee. There is a $25.00 minimum for food or beverage on all orders picked up by the client at the Bone Student Center.
If the event is being paid with a university account number or foundation funds, tax will be waived. If the event is being paid with a check or credit card, tax will be charged and payment will be due five business days prior to the event. Service fee is waived for all Registered Student Organizations.
The guaranteed guest count is due five business days prior to the event. The guaranteed guest count cannot be lowered after this date. The client will be charged for the guaranteed guest count or actual guest count, whichever is greater. If the guest count increases less than five business days before the event, the event planner will have to confirm that Event Services and Catering can accommodate the increase, and additional fees may apply.
